They are looking to bring on an Assistant Project Manager (APM) that will be able to support multiple projects at a time with a commercial construction background local to Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL. The Assistant project manager (APM) will have exceptional growth and longevity with the company, by working alongside and learning from experienced Project Managers within the company.

Description

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) in Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL will:

• Prepare all required project status reports to inform and coordinate with client
• Handle contracts and change orders
• Establish and monitor project costs and schedule
• Build and maintain client relationships critical to the success of both the project and company
• Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budgeting
• Provide support in fee and pricing decisions

Profile

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) in Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL will have:

• A construction degree preferred
• Experience with Healthcare or Federal Construction preferred
• Experience with Microsoft
• Experience with account software
• Be computer knowledgeable
• An aggressive attitude, someone who is excited and ready to come to work
