Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation
Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation to join their Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling cases in federal court.
Requirements:
• 3-6 years of employment litigation experience
• Experience handling cases in federal court, including working with clients under state and federal employment laws, and drafting and revising policies
• Experience with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions
• Admitted to practice law in the DC and Maryland (or eligible); Virginia admission is a huge plus
Base Salary: $190,000 - $235,000
