Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex construction projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide regular updates and address concerns.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager with a strong track record in managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
