Description

• Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, regulatory, and quality standards specific to healthcare facilities.
• Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare construction.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements, regulations, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and diverse project teams effectively.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus.
