Job Description
Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure safety, compliance, and timely progress. Monitor project budgets and control costs, ensuring financial objectives are met. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Report project status and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management. Mitigate risks and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining project integrity and timelines. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing healthcare construction projects, with a strong understanding of healthcare-specific regulations and requirements. Exceptional project management skills, with proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Proficiency in construction management software and project tracking tools. Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure. What's on Offer
