Job Description

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through close-out. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and address any challenges proactively. The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with at least 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. They possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software, knowledge of Florida building codes, and excellent communication skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
