Job Description

Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols. Monitor construction progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget. Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients. The Successful Applicant

5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on healthcare construction projects. Strong understanding of healthcare-specific building codes, regulations, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and cost estimation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
