Job Description
Oversee all phases of custom home construction, from pre-construction to project completion. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets to ensure smooth project flow. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, building codes, and safety protocols on-site. Communicate effectively with homeowners, designers, and architects to maintain alignment with project goals. Track and report progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
