Scope: Drive transformation by establishing strategic business projects for large-scale project activities, including requirements gathering and user interface (UI) design, from initiation through to completion. Analysis & Requirements

- Lead the gathering of requirements to create comprehensive business specifications that address core business challenges. Oversee large-scale project activities, including requirements gathering and user interface (UI) design, from initiation through to completion. Establish and uphold standards, procedures, practices, and tools for business analysis. Lead technical teams in analyzing and translating business requirements into actionable insights.Project Management

- Provide estimates to support effective project planning and resource allocation. Carry out assigned project management tasks to ensure successful project execution. Manage medium-sized projects from end to end, including accountability for project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and overall quality of delivery.Mentorship and Leadership

- Serve as a mentor to other Business Analysts, fostering their growth and development within the organization. Promote best practices in the software development lifecycle, educating peers and setting an example for others to follow. Offer guidance on complex issues, unique situations, and challenges related to analysis and requirements.Documentation and Training

- Document business processes, create training materials, and conduct training sessions for end users to enhance understanding and application.Financial Stewardship

- Assist in preparing budgets for all divisions of Knute Nelson and affiliates, annual financial audits, Medicaid and Medicare Cost reports and tax returns as directed by the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Help and assist division managers understand and implement financial work plans.Continuous Improvement

- Actively participate in and implement quality performance in all aspects of job responsibilities and functions. This includes all interactions with residents, staff and visitors. Participate in and promote teamwork. Seek, recommend, and/or implement new methods and means of providing quality service and continuous improvement.Other Duties as Assigned

- Assist in special projects as needed by the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President and the members of the Executive team. Attend in service training and other work-related meetings as required (some may require travel and overnights). Represent and promote KN to individuals and groups within the community. Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related discipline,8 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.Experience in a healthcare setting or a related field.Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Smartsheets.Knowledge of various software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Understanding of business processes/operations (e.g., customer service, inventory management, procurement, accounting).Must complete and pass a state-mandated background check.Ability to physically perform the job duties.Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and visitors.Reports To:
