A Fortune 50 financial services company is currently seeking a Service Desk Technician to join their growing team. The Service Desk Technician will be responsible for supporting internal service inquiries, troubleshooting various technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.About the Opportunity:Shift:

Hybrid, 10 days a week on-site (as needed)Responsibilities:The Service Desk Technician will be responsible for:Providing day-to-day support for service executionResponding to internal service inquiries and requests for assistanceTroubleshooting and resolving issues or escalating, as neededDocumenting and reporting functions and activities using PC applications (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing)Adhering to company practices, policies, and proceduresPerforming other related duties, as assignedQualifications:3-5 years of experience in a Service Desk/Help Desk/Tech Support environmentExperience with ITSM ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)Understanding of Active Directory and authentication processesProficiency in troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware and software issuesStrong customer service skills and effective communicationAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelySelf-sufficient in using available resources for troubleshootingDesired Skills:Degree in a Technical fieldKnowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)Knowledge of major Incident Management and ReportingProficient in using knowledge management resources effectively
