Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Manage multiple negotiated retail construction projects simultaneouslyEnsure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of qualityDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentationCommunicate regularly with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholdersEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirementsMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project successManage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project financialsLead project team meetings and coordinate project activities with other departments within the companyAssist in the planning and execution of multifamily and hospitality projects as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 2+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on negotiated retail construction projectsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirementsStrong financial management skills, including budget forecasting, tracking, and reportingExperience using project management software and toolsAmbitious and driven, with a passion for achieving exceptional resultsFamiliarity with multifamily and hospitality projects a plusWhat's on Offer
