My client was founded in the early 1920s and over the past one-hundred years have built themselves into a top-choice for luxury retail chains. Their philosophy of customer service and rewarding their employees for good work has allowed for them to grow year over year for the past twelve years in annual revenue. They focus on doing repeat work for clients they have already built a relationship with over the years. Approximately, seventy-five percent of their current pipeline is with repeat clients.

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans from initiation to completion.Establish project scope, budget, and schedule parameters.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Foster strong client relationships and maintain open communication channels.Formulate and lead project teams, consisting of subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff.Provide guidance, direction, and motivation to team members.Oversee all project financials, including cost estimating, budget tracking, and cost control.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.Monitor and manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met or exceeded.Mitigate schedule risks and deviations promptly.Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to guarantee that construction work complies with industry standards and client expectations.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality is upheld.Identify potential risks and challenges, creating mitigation strategies to prevent delays and unexpected expenses.Monitor and manage risk factors throughout the project's lifecycle.Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements are obtained and adhered to throughout the project.Stay up-to-date with local building codes and compliance standards.Efficiently handle change orders, evaluating their impact on project scope, budget, and timeline.Seek client approval for change orders when necessary.Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and senior management.Share project progress, financials, and any potential issues or concerns.Champion a culture of safety on the job site, promoting adherence to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.Implement and enforce strict safety protocols.Address and resolve any project-related conflicts or issues that may arise among team members, clients, or subcontractors.Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented work environment.Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, contracts, RFIs, and change orders.Ensure all project files and records are organized and accessible.Promote and integrate sustainable and environmentally responsible construction practices into projects.Seek opportunities for green building and LEED certification where applicable.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail construction or related sectors.A track record of successful project delivery with demonstrable achievements.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices, particularly in the retail sector.Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Certifications:

LEED accreditation are a plus.Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team-building skills.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, including strong presentation skills.Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome challenges.Financial Acumen:
