Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and permitting requirements.Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams, including junior project managers, field staff, and subcontractors.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality control.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners to ensure clear communication.Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
