Known for offering industry-leading compensation and benefits, they also provide exceptional job security - having not laid off a single employee in over 10 years.Job DescriptionPlan, oversee, and monitor all phases of the construction project lifecycle, from design and procurement to construction and closeout.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved.Conduct regular site visits to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including status updates, financial analysis, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management.Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project outcomes.Proactively identify project risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and cultivate opportunities for repeat business.Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continually improve project management processes.The Successful Applicant5+ years of true project management experienceExperience with ground up construction (commercial/healthcare preferred but not required)Knowledge of applicable construction technologiesClient-facing abilityAbility to thrive in fast paced environmentWhat's on OfferExtremely competitive compensation (up to $130k) based on experienceYearly bonusesCar Allowance401k with company matchCompany sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision3+ weeks PTOPaid GasShort Term Disability
