This project integrates systems and processes across various business areas such as Sales, Manufacturing, Product Planning, and various platforms such as SAP, Power BI, AWS, and custom-built solutions.We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master/Project Manager who can lead the Data Analytics project, facilitate team collaboration, and deliver high quality data analytics solutions.Project management:Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones. ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Monitor project progress, manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.Practical experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as scrum or Kanban. ability to apply these methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently.Scrum master duties:Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices.Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the teams progress. support the team in maintaining high performance and productivity.Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to reflect on their processes and outcomes.Stakeholder communication:Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders. ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and issues.Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.Team collaboration:Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. encourage open communication, mutual respect, and shared responsibility.Assist team members in achieving their tasks and resolving any impediments. provide guidance and mentorship as needed.Quality assurance:Implement best practices for data management and analytics. ensure the quality and accuracy of data analytics outputs.Conduct regular testing and validation of data analytics processes to ensure they meet business requirements and standards.Risk management:Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure project continuity.Academic/experience/competency:Education: bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. masters degree is a plus.Experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a scrum master role. experience in data analytics projects is highly desirable.Certifications: certified scrum master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification. PMP Certification is a plus.Technical skills: proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, confluence), data analytics platforms (e.g., power bi), and cloud services (e.g., AWS).Experience in leveraging data analytics to drive business decisions. understanding how to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.Soft skills: excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
