As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
  2. Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating real estate contracts, leases, and other related documents.
  3. Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda on various real estate matters.
  4. Representing the company in real estate litigation matters before courts and arbitration panels.
  5. Advising clients on the legal implications of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Working closely with other professionals in the company, including real estate brokers, property managers, and financial analysts.
  7. Providing legal training to other team members to enhance their understanding of real estate law.
Job Details
  1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 5 years of experience in real estate law.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of real estate law, including property rights, real estate contracts, landlord-tenant relations, and real estate finance.
  4. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts and other legal documents.
  5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  6. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively in various legal forums.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  9. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical legal solutions to complex real estate issues.
