Insight Global is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the mainframe division at a leading client in Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for providing technical support for complex issues for Mainframe software suites to ensure our customers achieve their desired business outcomes. Technical Support Engineers are expected to deliver a superior customer experience by exhibiting technical expertise and timely and clear communications

- Technical support or system programming experience

- Experience with Workload Automation products such as CA7, ESP, JobTrac or Storage products such as CA1, Vantage, etc.

- Experience with Linux or Windows environments

- Bachelor's degree
