An employer is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to work remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to support the clients learning management system, LearnNow. You will take tickets via the web portal/ chat functions, and work with end users to resolve system issues. These issues will mostly surround around access, login issues, UI functional issues, etc. You will partner with multiple other internal teams to escalate as needed and partner with 3rd party vendors as needed for configuration related items.
