Qualifications:WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORRequires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires at least 1 year related experience.Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.Knows principles and processes for providing customer service.This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Effective at written and verbal communication.Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge.Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.The Compensation range for this position is approximately $103,000k - $129,000k (Split of 70% base and 30% commission) and will be based on the candidates qualification, experience, and education.WE VALUE DIVERSITYWe believe that diversity and inclusion is critical to our success as a global company, and we seek to recruit, develop, and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.
