This role is also responsible for the execution of the District and Inside sales team strategies communicated by Inside Sales leader. This role will report to the Inside Sales leader and will collaborate with the NAMs, CTMs, and Inside Sellers.Responsibilities:Generates Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via three routes:Follow up with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)Independent outreach to identified prospects / contactsRespond to inbound inquiries / demand that do not meet MQL / SQL criteriaDetermines if / when leads meet SQL criteria and routes leads to appropriate Lennox sales individual/role/teamProvides sales teams with qualified leads / contacts that can quickly matriculate into high-value / potential opportunitiesEnsures low-quality leads / contacts are appropriately nurtured and not unnecessarily passed to TMsCollaborates with sales reps to ensure consistent feedback loop on lead / contact quality and foster continuous improvementSelectively targets specific / named accounts at the direction of sales reps; occasionally asked to target or dig-into specific accounts for contacts / opportunitiesWHAT WE OFFERAt Lennox, we realize that our greatest assets are our employees.
