How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

This position reports to the Tax Director, Income Tax and is responsible for managing the compliance projects as a result of legislative changes. The Senior Income Tax Analyst will work closely with the tax team to meet various deadlines and be involved in researching technical aspects of US and state taxation.Key Job Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, review and filing of the US sub consolidated Federal and State Income tax return compliance along with separate State tax filings

Identify and resolve substantive and procedural tax issues, including the interpretation of statutes and regulations

Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects to the tax team and various user groups within the company

Utilize the latest tax technology and create models to apply the tax law updates, manage tax risks and create tax saving opportunities

Identify and assist in the implementation of initiatives and process improvements

Contribute to the development of staff and cross training

Liaise with business support team and ensure proper documentation for compliance and audit support

Are you a MATCH?

Education RequirementsBachelor in Accounting or similar discipline required

Preferred Master's Degree and/or CPA

General Requirements

3+ year experience working; preferable in big 4 accounting firm and / or multinational corporation tax department

Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.

Results-oriented professional, capable of managing a high performance team that contributes to company performance

Ability to exhibit strong project management skills

Desire to contribute to organizational goals

Strong federal and multi-state income tax background

Experience with international tax planning and compliance

Knowledge of tax compliance and provision systems, and financial accounting/reporting systems

Organized and reliable tax professional with practical experience and solid technical tax skills

Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize under pressure and within timeline constraints

Experience and comfortable working in a fast-paced and empowered environment
