YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting Production Trainer opportunity. This role can be based out of Bloomfield or Leon. IA. The Production Trainer will develop, plan, and execute employee training regarding day-to-day production activities and coordinate with the farm manager and production manager.

RESPONSIBILITIESTrains, coaches, and provides support to employees of all levels and individual job tasks, including the on-farm training orientation for new employees.Provides feedback to supervisors and/or human resources on employee progression and development through oral and written reports.Plans weekly training schedule with supervisors and performs training audits.Sets goals and objectives with trainees and provides timely feedback through follow-up on performance.Under the direction of the farm supervisor aids with monthly safety training and up-to-date record keeping.CORE COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS IN ALL ROLES:

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Applicant must have 1+ years of swine production experience.Must have strong communication skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.Valid driver's license and clear motor vehicle record (MVR).SCHEDULE
Mon-Fri, 1st shift, one Saturday a month is anticipated based on business needs.
