Qualifications:Successful candidates will have:Bachelors degree requiredTwo (2)+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm preferred, will consider an individual with assurance, tax or consulting experience looking to make a career changeExperience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferredDemonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environmentAbility to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environmentEligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
