The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital packaged business capabilities, composable architectures, SaaS product integrations, and cloud-first development. This role requires exceptional technical skills to bridge the gap between the core product team and engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of complex digital solutions.Job Description and Responsibilities:Managing the Product Backlog:
Detail user stories, set sprint goals, and prioritize tasks.Breaking Down Solutions:
Decompose solutions into user experiences, technical features, and stories to pave the way for development.Supporting the Development Cycle:
Engage in all aspects of the digital (web and mobile) software development cycle, including requirements, design, stakeholder engagement, testing, and delivery of customer-facing applications.Collaborating with Teams:
Work with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, QA, and analytics teams.Ensuring Quality:
Ensure the product is delivered on time and meets quality standards.Keeping Informed:
Keep stakeholders informed about the products development.Managing Relationships:
Maintain relationships between teams, partners, and customers.Running Tests:
Conduct user tests to improve the product and suggest areas for improvement in internal processes.Supporting Scrum Master:
Work with the Scrum Master and serve as a backup as needed.Requirements:Technical Knowledge:
Fundamental understanding of digital technologies and platforms, including both web and mobile.Agile Methodologies:
Good understanding of software development in Agile methodologies.Programming Knowledge:
Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks to facilitate discussions with developers.Integration Expertise:
Deep understanding of how different layers of applications integrate with one another to optimize the technology stack.System Design Experience:
Experience in creating system designs, documenting system functionalities, and workflows.Testing and Bug Identification:
Conduct detailed testing before launching initiatives and identify bugs.Documentation Skills:
Experience in writing instruction manuals, user guides, workflow diagrams, UML diagrams, and data mapping documents.UX Design Documentation:
Document user experience (UX) design discussions, write requirements in Confluence, and decompose requirements into user stories in Jira.Tool Proficiency:
