Marketing Specialist (Onsite)

DescriptionRTP Company, a global compounder of custom engineered thermoplastics headquartered in Winona, Minnesota, is currently seeking a Marketing professional for a busy in-house team.Work Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday**Not eligible for work sponsorshipResponsibilities:Graphic design: Create graphics for use in a wide variety of projects ranging from literature to presentations to trade showsDigital creation: Assist in planning, creation, and implementation of digital content for LinkedIn and websitesEmail Marketing: Produce and implement email messages for customers and prospectsSkill Development: Develop expertise and analytical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and LinkedInAdditional duties as assignedRequirementsSkills and AbilitiesProduce ongoing regional online promotional campaigns for RTP Co and sister companies.Conduct researchProvide analyticsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and meeting deadlines are required.Must be self-motivated, collaborative, and flexible.Attendance is an essential function of the job.Must be able to read, write, and speak English.Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in traditional or internet Marketing or Communications, with 2years of work experience preferredExperience with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite required, and experience with WordPress preferredPortfolio of work samplesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be self-motivated, collaborative, and flexiblePhysical Requirements and Working ConditionsRegularly Communicates via phone, email, in personRequired to sit, perform keyboard work, for prolonged periods of timeOperates a computer and other office equipment such as a copy machine and printer.
