DescriptionThe Business Analyst is responsible for business consulting, project management, process design, end-user solutions, and is the subject matter expert for core business applications. This position will serve as a liaison between users and developers, designing solutions, setting, and communicating goals, and evaluating and refining results to help maximize the benefit of IT investments. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, leading system projects for the business, building systems requirements, providing application support, and managing external software vendors.**Not eligible for work sponsorshipResponsibilities:Be the subject matter expert for assigned product areas, familiar with product features, user workflows, user objectives and motivations, and business rationale.Oversee the daily performance and operation of CRM programs and business processes to identify functional gaps and suggest alternatives.Act as liaison between technology teams, support teams, business units, and senior management.Work with all levels of employees to understand their business requirements and determine if an out of the box solution exists.Conduct gap analysis and write development specifications and interface with users and developers to test modifications and resolve any issues, when required.Participate in business process discovery meetings with management and users to assess technology needs.Manage and organize employee training and document all business processes to facilitate the error-free performance of business processes and end-user transactions.Participate in regular regression testing for evergreen systems to ensure business processes.Maintains current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential problem areas in IT systems across the business.Maintain reference documentation for audit purposes.Other duties/responsibilities as assigned, or apparent.RequirementsSkills and AbilitiesPrevious experience working with and configuring CRM Systems.Must be able to analyze and troubleshoot as problems or changes arise, strong problem-solving and system analysis skills.Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills for the ability to train others.Must be detail-oriented, able to work independently, be a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.Computer literate with expert knowledge in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; expert knowledge of all office equipment.Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI a plus.Ability to work across geographically distributed cross-functional teams.Attendance is an essential function of the position.Must be able to read, write, and speak English.Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems,Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.2 years of business implementation or CRM design and project planning experience.Experience with collection and documentation of requirements for CRM.Experience with project management methodologies.
