Overview:
Milton CAT is looking for an experienced CRM Analyst to support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution and Customer Engagement Platform. This role will analyze business processes, determine requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of CRMSupport requirements-gathering and documentation of user stories and acceptance criteriaPerform CRM application testing of configurations and customizationsCoordinate internal UAT functional requirements and designCreate project documentation to include user manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, test scripts and work product validation.Accurately translate business requirements into functional documentation.Understand business problems and recommend technical solutions offered within the CE platformCross-train and utilize train-the-trainer approach to expand CRM users skill, use and adoption of the toolQualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.1-2 years experience supporting CRM software solutionIdeal candidates will have previous work as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.Experience in data analytics and data validationSelf-motivated, organized and accountable in a project driven roleExcellent documentation and communication skills.Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong collaborator that is comfortable interacting with team members across broad functional areasOccasional travel within New England and Upstate New York will be required.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
