Our Client, a software company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their San Francisco, CA location.

Responsibilities:Provide Senior Executive Assistant support to me and my VPs. Primarily managing my calendar, expenses, and communication with customers/partners such as inbound requests for customer meetings, conferences, and other matters. Take on team projects such as organizing all hand meetings, off sites, etc. and other initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Administration and ManagementFilling FormsReport CompilingExperience as an EA to a Fortune 100 executive, preferably in technology companyAt least 5-10 years work experience in an EA or similar capacityGoogle Calendar, Slides, Docs, Slack, GmailSuperb communication skills and high EQ skillsExperienced professional with at least a BA degreeProject management experienceManaging projects, managing budget and payroll, composing letters and reports, developing newsletters, preparing presentations, recommending or making purchase decisions.
