**Shift:** 12 hours, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 per week
**Experience:** 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years
**License:** Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
**Certifications:**- Basic Life Support (BLS)- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
**Must-Have:**- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
**Job Description:**- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized patient care.- Assess and monitor patient conditions, responding swiftly to changes in status.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and reports.- Utilize advanced monitoring techniques and equipment effectively.- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and quality standards.
**Preferred Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field- Two years of recent ICU nursing experience- NIH Stroke Scale Certificate- CCRN certification- Experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent techniques
