Position Summary:
This position will work in the Data & Analytics team to assess, validate and help develop solutions.
Essential Position Duties:
In this role you will perform functions including:Data discovery at TMH (core business systems, new digital initiatives)Data Engineering - Learn how to extract data from these sources and develop data pipelineData Analytics -Properly model the extracted data. Combine the extracted data with the current structured data and coming up with new insights and ways to present insight and visuals to the businessInventory of Reporting done at various functional areasInventory of cross functional data - reporting/analyticsHow to leverage data from IOT, Telematics and other new digital initiativesEducation & Experience:
Pursuing a degree Information Technology, Computer Science or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Excel and high volume data analyticsExperience working with technology as related to date analyticsDemonstrated creative problem solving skills with an emphasis on teamworkAbility to research and resolve critical issues that are deadline drivenMotived self-started with strong attention to detail and critical thinkingStrong verbal and written communication skills, decision making ability, and customer service attitude with emphasis on accuracy are requiredExperience with Power BI is a plus but not mandatoryAffirmative Action Responsibility:
