Position Summary:Toyota Material Handling (TMH) is undertaking an aggressive digital transformation designed to add unprecedented efficiency to its operation and improve the customer experience for its large customer base. As a part of this digital transformation, Toyota is developing and installing a highly integrated suite of applications providing visibility for managing Dealerships, end-customer fleet management, e-commerce solutions and telematics solutions to name a few. The platform will be highly integrated with our corporate system and will connect data and information across dealer territories as a part of our 'One Toyota' vision.This position is responsible for quality assurance and testing of Toyota's digital customer experience platforms. Responsibilities will include feature testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, integration testing according to required procedures and more as assigned. This position works closely with internal and external development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand the desired functionality at a feature, epic, and platform level.This position should be familiar with:Agile software developmentDigital platforms and digital user experienceThe Internet of Things (IoT)Relational Databases, i.e. MS SQLServerThis position will advocate for standardization and automation across testing functions and help improve testing processes. This position requires strong technical and organizational skills with a hands-on approach to identifying problems and working as a team on solutions.Essential Position Duties:Draft test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports across digital platformsExecute test plans and test casesIsolate, reproduce, log and track defectsPrepare data sets to test logic, error handling and system workflowsRecord logs of test cases and provide actionable feedback to the product owner and development teams as necessaryAssist aligning with corporate Quality Assurance policies, standards, and governanceReview user stories to ensure acceptance criteria, assumptions, and requirements are understood and can be testedParticipate in ranking defects and prioritizing defect/bug fixesParticipate in final go/no-go decision prior to elevating code to production environmentsAdministers constant improvement in testing processes, deliverables, and reportingActively participate in defect triage meetingsWorks on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support rolePractice fiduciary responsibilityAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerAdditional duties as assignedEducation & Experience:Bachelor's Degree or Higher0-2 Years of Related Professional ExperienceQuality Assurance Certification is a plus (ex.
