Overview:Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for picking, packing, and all physical & system material movements which support the warehouse activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, FIFO inventory movements, processing shipments, locating inbound materials, cycle counting and all system corresponding transactions. All activities supports annual targets in line with business Order fill, Case fill, Inventory accuracy, Gross Sales Volume and Manufacturing production requirements. Material Handlers will also be accountable for the accuracy of material financial system integrityShifts Available:8:30 pm to 7 am -

4 days a week - rotating weekends10 am to 9 pm

- 4 days a week - rotating weekends7 am - 3:30 pm

- 5 days a weekResponsibilities:Maintains safe, clean and orderly work environment at all timesLoads materials onto vehicles, installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage while in transitSafely moves, loads, and unloads product to and from pallet racks with MHE above or below groundReads orders and/or follows oral instructions to meet scheduled activities as directedReceive materials and verify materials against packing lists to ensure the accuracy of the deliveryWorks effectively in a team environment and demonstrates flexibility in all assigned tasksCommunicates effectively, reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating policies, maintenance instructions and procedure manualsWears personal protective Equipment as required for the jobOperates and drives gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices, such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel-hook, fork-grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or locate, relocate, and stack products, equipment, or materials in warehouse or storage locationsQualifications:High school Diploma or equivalentAbility to perform routine functions of most of the various equipment & systems (fax, scanner, metering, stamping, tracking systems, photocopying, color copying, etc.)Basic knowledge of equipmentExcellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a mustAbility to work overtime & meet deadlinesA valid Drivers LicenseOperate Forklifts and TurretsPhysical DemandsMust be capable of standing and/or walking for extended periods (at least 2 hours straight, 4 times per an 8-hour day).
