Start your career at I.R.I.S. Products & Technologies as Director US Head of Sales (executive account management). As the US Sales Director of I.R.I.S. Inc., you will be responsible for driving and developing our business in the USA, Canada, LATAM, and South America. You will also manage our I.R.I.S. Inc. Sales organization, located in Delray Beach, Florida. This position will be based out of Melville, NY, working closely with Canon U.S.A. HQ. Based on a well-established business, you will be responsible for the development of our business performance in line with our strategic planning via all sales channels. Our business focuses on an indirect channel, mainly through Value Added Resellers, Business Process Outsourcers, Services Centers, and sales channels from synergies within the Canon Group. This position is full-time and offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to be in the office some days a week, working alongside the Canon Organization, primarily at Canon Park in Melville, with an option to work from home the remainder of the week unless a specific business need arises requiring in-office attendance on other days. Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change depending on business requests. Your Impact
You will manage our US sales team and develop our business in America. Responsible for managing I.R.I.S. partner and customer base and expanding the existing partner and customer business via large deal closures. Grow the business by onboarding new Value Added Resellers, Business Process Outsourcers, and Services Centers. Ensure maximum utilization of I.R.I.S.’ relevant business in our established synergistic business via Canon and maximize our share of wallet. Develop a 3-year mid-term plan and ensure execution for its achievement through all sales channels. Continuously measure success based on incoming orders and defined KPIs. Actively participate in running campaigns for our partners and create individual development plans with them. Remain proficient in utilizing all B2B channels to achieve your goals such as multimedia, webinars, events, and Go2Market strategy for software and solutions. Drive required changes and bring those changes to life. Drive the required cultural transition to be successful in cloud services applications and sales development. Collaborate frequently with our internal business units in Louvain La Neuve (Belgium) and Aachen (Germany). Align closely with the Executive Board and Management Team and be a member of the I.R.I.S. Management Team. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Successfully completed a degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration, or completed commercial training combined with relevant professional experience in key account management, plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience. Proven success selling software solutions at the executive level. Demonstrated leadership skills by working within management circles and through direct and indirect management of employees and teams. Proven track record in leadership experience, strategic business planning, business development, and risk management. Maintained proficient knowledge of SAP, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, and other ERP products. Proficient knowledge of CRM and collaboration applications. High level of motivation and a convincing team leader and team player. Highly proficient in contract negotiations, especially within the Americas territory. Experience in agile working methods and agile leadership. High willingness to travel and excellent self-organization. Several years of management experience. Strong analytical skills to utilize data for informed business decisions. Experience managing organizations through business transformations. Able to quickly identify distinct business models and their unique drivers. Result-oriented and adept at dealing with numbers. We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $120,000 - $160,000. This role is eligible for commissions under the terms of an applicable plan.
