We are seeking a skilled Submerged Arc Welder to join our team. The role requires operating specialized welding equipment to join metal components using the submerged arc welding process. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a strong background in welding techniques, focusing on producing high-quality welds efficiently and safely.Responsibilities :Operate submerged arc welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications.Perform welds that meet quality standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Pass a 1G Subarc test that will be radiographed to ensure the quality of welds.Maintain equipment, perform routine checks, and ensure safe operation during the welding process.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.
Skills Required :2-3 years of experience in submerged arc welding.Proficiency in operating submerged arc welding equipment.Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding symbols.Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality and precise welds.Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a welding environment.Physical stamina and dexterity for handling welding tasks and equipment.
