Recruiting Assistant
Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews, meetings and travel arrangements for candidates and interview panelsManage candidate communication, providing timely updates and feedbackCollaborate with recruiters to create and post job descriptions on job boards and the company websiteAssist with resume screening and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATSHandle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry and supporting the onboarding process

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent work experiencePrevious experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration is a plusExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
