Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist with relationship and account management for membersManage finances for grants and fund distributionEnter and track information through Microsoft ExcelOther administrative tasks as needed
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
Associates degree from an accredited university preferredProficient in Microsoft ExcelQuickBooks experience preferredHigh level of professionalism, customer service skills and attention to detailMust be personable, dependable and organizedAble to problem solve, multi-task and work under pressure with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment
