Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Tax Supervisor:
#1. BSBA in accounting
#2. CPA credentials and/or other advanced degree preferred
#3. 5+ years of experience in public accounting
#4. Working knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
#5. Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, ProSystem fx Tax
#6. No more than three jobs in the last ten years

Supervise tax engagements in accordance with firm and professional standardsPlan and schedule tax engagements with clients and firm resourcesWork directly with clients to build and maintain relationshipsPerform detailed reviews of tax returns and tax work papersPerform tax research projectsCommunicate with clients and team members regarding project status, client opportunities and other mattersProvide training, direction, and supervision to teamMaintain technical expertise in various tax areas related to industry specializationRequirements for the
Tax Supervisor:
BSBA in accountingCPA credentials and/or other advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience in public accountingAbility to meet deadlines and work on multiple client projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized and detail orientedWorking knowledge of accounting and auditing principlesExperience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, ProSystem fx TaxOther Key Requirements:
