Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Audit Associate:
#1. Experience with real estate, construction, manufacturing, and distribution
#2. Experience with audits, reviews, compilations of financial statements and EBP audits
#3. At least 1+ years for Associate, or 3+ years for Senior, of experience in public accounting
Requirements of the Audit Associate:
1-6 years of relevant experience in an accounting firmCPA certification is an advantageBachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related disciplineFamiliarity with financial statement assessments, including audits, reviews, and compilations, as well as Employee Benefit Plan evaluationsKnowledge of the real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and nonprofit sectorsStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinkingHighly motivated with a strong commitment to task completionEffective communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsExperience with Advance Flow is a bonusOther Key Requirements:
