Job Summary:

The Data Integration Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and managing multiple large projects related to data integration across the enterprise. The role involves streamlining HL7 integration, collaborating with technical architects, and ensuring efficient data conversion and migration workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in healthcare, integration methodologies, and hands-on leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•Effectively manage multiple large projects simultaneously with strong organizational and planning skills.

•Collaborate with leaders and architects to define the integration roadmap.

•Provide oversight and leadership to a diverse team to foster creative problem-solving and innovation.

•Demonstrate expertise in message-oriented middleware, HL7 standards, and integration methodologies.

•Lead research on emerging technologies and drive innovation in data integration and engineering.

•Manage the life cycle of the data conversion and migration platform (installation, upgrade, patching, and maintenance).

•Participate in key technical and design discussions with technical architects and leads.

•Leverage automation technologies to deliver environments rapidly and maintain configuration management across the enterprise.

•Streamline HL7 integration and conversion workflows to mitigate redundancies.

Required Qualifications:

•8+ years of direct technical expertise and hands-on experience in data integration.

•3+ years of managerial experience.

•Expertise in healthcare integration standards and technologies such as HL7, FHIR, and Epic EHR.

•Strong knowledge of Enterprise File Transfer Services, Enterprise API Integration, and Microservices Architecture.

•Proficiency in message-oriented middleware, Web Services, SOAP, XML, JSON, REST, and related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience building and leading a Center of Excellence team in Architecture, Security, Observability, and DevOps.

•Proven ability to create a customer-centric, delivery-focused, and results-driven team.

Primary Skills:

•HL7, FHIR, Enterprise File Transfer Services, Enterprise API Integration, Microservices Architecture, Epic EHR.

Education:

Bachelors Degree
