Rate Range: $25-$28/Hr
Job Description:Primary day-to-day responsibilities:Creating and resolving Desktop issues For Client Employees Onsite and Remote.Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items.Candidate must be detailed and process oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ServiceNow ticket status.General Daily Task:
Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applicationsManagement and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow toolRequired:
Great Customer ServiceDesktop Support (Win10 and Office 365).12 -24 months of experience have in Enterprise Desktop Support.CompTIA A+ is good to have but not required.
Non-benefitted (other than those mandated under state or federal law).Please note that this position does not include paid time off benefits. ApTask offers subsidized insurance coverage to our employees.
