Creating and resolving Desktop issues For First Energy employees in Solution Café/Storefront office onsite, and Remote. Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items• Receive user calls via phone or Walk-ups and offer support. • Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications• Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)• Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool.
