Qualifications
1-2+ years of Desktop Support ExperienceHS Diploma or GED, or BS degree preferredCompTIA A+ Certification preferredExperience supporting and administering Windows 10, Active Directory, and MS Office 365Great customer service skills
Responsibilities
Providing standard desktop/Laptop break/fix itemsReceive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applicationsManagement and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and video conference)Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided Service Now tool
