Job Summary We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician in Louisville, KY for a 3 month contract-to-hire opportunity creating and resolving Desktop issues. Qualifications 1-2 years of Desktop Support Experience HS Diploma or GED, or BS degree preferred CompTIA A Certification preferred Experience supporting and administering Windows 10, Active Directory, and MS Office 365 Great customer service skills Responsibilities Providing standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support. Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and video conference) Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided Service Now tool
