Role/Title : Lead ServiceNow Developer
Location : Columbus, OH (Two days in office: Monday and Thursday; three days remote, subject to change)
Role Overview : We are seeking a Senior Level IT Developer to play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet our customer needs. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Debug and troubleshoot software findings and defects, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Gather and refine project requirements from project managers and stakeholders. Mentor junior developers, offering technical guidance and support. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Contribute to process improvements and the evolution of development methodologies. Qualifications :
Proven experience in software development with a focus on designing, developing, and deploying software solutions. Expertise in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Experience in Agile software development environments. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or related field. ServiceNow certifications are highly desired. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and HRM suite of applications. In-depth hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and understanding its modules and workflows. Experience with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, Integration Hub). Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing. Customization skills in configuring ServiceNow applications to align with business processes. Skills & Experience :
ServiceNow Expertise : Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, capabilities, and modules. Integration Knowledge : Familiarity with integration methods like REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and Integration Hub. Programming Proficiency : Strong command of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
