Senior Delphi Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delphi Developer. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical staff to develop application modules and features that meet business needs. You will be responsible for providing reference implementations for Delphi upgrades, assisting the development team during module upgrades, and ensuring adherence to standards. Day to Day Job Duties:
Work with business and technical staff to develop application modules/features that meet business needs.Provide reference implementation for Client Delphi upgrade.Assist the development team during the upgrade of modules.Review and ensure standards are followed during upgrades.Build applications compliant with application frameworks and standards and assist in maintaining them.Identify application modules, interfaces, and their interdependencies.Assist the development team in platform verification.Review regression test results.Support System, Integration, and UAT testing.Familiar with the software development life cycle, agile framework, and has experience with agile project implementations.Troubleshoot issues that arise and escalate as appropriate.Basic Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of excellent working knowledge in Delphi development and upgrades.1 to 3 years of understanding and experience with ASP .NET technology.Strong communication skills to convey complex and technical information effectively, both orally and in writing.Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with teams.Nice to Have:
Delphi upgrade experience on mobile applications.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT field.5 to 7 years of experience in IT development.Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent work experience.
