Collinwood is assisting our client, a major food manufacturing company, in their efforts to hire a
SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Analyst . This is a full-time opportunity and will require that live in or relocate to Overland Park, KS. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any sponsorship now or in the future for this role.What you will be doing:Work with internal and external partners to understand requests, gather requirements, perform ROI and risk analysisDesign and build SAP SD solutionsPerform maintenance and support of SAP SD modulesCreate test scripts and drive integration and regression testingSuccessfully handle multiple issues and tasks, completing them on time, on budget while exceeding expectationsEnsure technical solutions maintain design integrity, adhere to functional designs, and meet business needsEnsure, where possible, global solutions are scalableSeek opportunities to develop and maintain knowledge of business processes, application functionality, and configurationRecommend operational continuous improvement opportunities, service efficiency initiatives, and business process improvement to better serve business needsMake recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the applicationManage global and local SAP SD projectsWork closely with other team members, locally and globally, with proactive sharing of expertise, to improve and ensure team successProvide feedback on team members' performanceTravel, domestic and international, up to 10% normally, with projects up to 25%.What we need from you:7+ years enterprise-level SAP SDExperience in leading small and large projects with many team members within IT and the business.Experience in SAP S/4HANA, ECC 6.0 SD functionality, 7+ years and 2 full life cycle implementations desiredHands on development experience in ABAP, Web Dynpro, Smart Forms, SAP ScriptsExperience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) related Master DataExperience with pricing, rebates, agreementsExperience with end-user support for SAP SD, providing a high level of customer satisfactionExperience performing data loads using list management and/or LSMW.Demonstrated experience with large Enterprise ERP implementations in the areas of technical design specification, development, and knowledge transfer.Basic understanding of SAP core modules Finance & Controlling (FICO) , Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM) and manufacturing and consumer products business processesBachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization from senior management to staff level teams, both business and ITSuperior work ethic with a positive, can-do attitudeExcellent customer service skillsDemonstrated attention to detail and excellent time managementSuperior collaboration skillsAbility to deal with conflict and work under pressure to meet deliverable commitmentsTechnical aptitude and a passion for learning about new emerging technologiesBeneficial skillsExperience with functional design and configuration of SAP CRM, Trade Promotion ManagementExposure to SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) and Commerce Cloud (Hybris)Migration to S/4HANA experienceIntegration of TPM with S4Basic understanding of SAP BW system and query designGood understanding of business processes including, but not limited to sales, customer service, and marketingBasic project management understandingSAP project implementation experienceStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
