SAP SD/LE Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD/LE Consultant. The ideal candidate should deeply understand SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules, with a strong focus on configuring and optimizing processes to enhance our business operations. The consultant will be responsible for managing master data, materials, customers, and pricing, and overseeing the end-to-end SD flow. The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of various sales and logistics processes, as well as the ability to configure and integrate SAP SD with other modules such as MM and FI. Excellent communication skills, functional specification development, and project management abilities are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain master data related to materials, customers, and pricing in the SAP SD module.
Configure and optimize the end-to-end SD flow, including quotations, sales orders, proforma/commercial invoices, delivery, and billing processes.
Demonstrate expertise in copy control settings to ensure smooth data transfer between various documents.
Configure and understand different types of planning processes within the SD module.
Configure third-party sales processes, including vendor and customer consignment scenarios.
Configure and optimize shipment processes to ensure efficient logistics execution.
Integrate SD processes with MM and FI modules, ensuring data consistency and accurate reporting.
Configure output messages for various SD documents and processes.
Oversee credit control processes to manage customer credit limits and risk assessment.
Provide insights and expertise in revenue recognition processes within the SD module.
Develop and maintain functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prototype solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Create and execute test scripts to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
Train end-users on new functionalities and processes within the SD module.
Possess the ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the SAP SD module.
Leverage Wrike Project Management knowledge to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD/LE Consultant.
In-depth understanding of SAP SD and LE modules, including configuration, optimization, and integration.
Strong grasp of master data management, materials, customers, and pricing processes.
Proficiency in configuring SD flow, copy control settings, and output messages.
Familiarity with different types of planning processes within the SD module.
Expertise in configuring third-party sales processes and shipment processes.
Comprehensive knowledge of SD integrations with MM and FI modules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop functional specifications and pro-type solutions.
Experience in creating and executing test scripts to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
Strong project management skills, including familiarity with Wrike Project Management tools (an advantage).
Ability to provide training to end-users on new processes and functionalities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug technical issues (an advantage).
