Plaintiff Trial Attorney

A prestigious law firm based in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Trial Attorney. This role requires significant expertise in personal injury litigation and a proven track record in high-stakes trial environments. The ideal candidate will have experience leading first-chair trials and depositions, particularly involving corporate defendants and expert witnesses. The firm offers the opportunity to take on complex, high-value cases with robust infrastructure and support to foster success.Duties:Serve as the lead trial attorney in personal injury cases.Conduct depositions, including those involving corporate defendants, medical experts, and other liability and damage experts.Collaborate with senior litigators on complex, high-value cases.Develop and manage a caseload with the support of experienced legal staff and advanced case management systems.Ensure compliance with the firm’s procedures and protocols in case development.Participate in trial teams for large-scale litigation.Provide high-level legal representation and strategic guidance to clients.Requirements:Significant experience as a first-chair trial attorney in personal injury litigation.Extensive deposition experience involving corporate defendants and expert witnesses.Ability to independently manage high-value, complex cases.Strong trial advocacy skills with a focus on achieving successful outcomes.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Texas or ability to obtain reciprocity.Skills:Excellent trial preparation and courtroom presentation skills.Strong ability to work collaboratively with a team of litigators and support staff.Superior research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Job Location:Paid vacation, all-purpose leave, and holidays.401(k) plan with a 4% match and immediate vesting.Medical insurance with 80% employer contribution.Dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options are available.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Employee recognition programs.Gym membership provided.Participation in community-focused company events.Relocation expense reimbursement is available.Company infoBCG Attorney Search10777 Westheimer, Suite 1100HoustonTexasUnited States 77042Phone :
