Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they are released to the market. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.Responsibilities:Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standardsIdentify and report any defects or non-conformities to the production teamWork with the production team to resolve any quality issuesMaintain accurate records of inspections and test resultsParticipate in the development and implementation of quality control proceduresCommunicate any quality issues to management in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies RequirementsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in quality control or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and ability to identify defectsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and commitment to qualityKnowledge of quality control procedures and regulationsProficient in using basic measuring tools and equipmentFamiliarity with piping, steel structures, and pressure vessel fabrication and welding inspection is preferred (AWS D1.1, ASME SEC IX, ASME B31.3)Experience in preparing and organizing documentation and inspection reports is highly desirableBasic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
