Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Onsite - Alpharetta OR Chamblee Site
Role Summary
: The Quality Inspector role is responsible for ensuring that the company's quality management systems and health and safety programs comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role involves implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes, conducting safety audits, and promoting a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization. This will an entry level with those with familiar background in quality control/production background.
Key Responsibilities
Support the production department to ensure that the production environment complies with ISO 13485, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Perform daily quality inspections in the workshop and automatic line, inbound material inspection and outbound finished products inspection as required, following the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Complete the daily records carefully, and report to the supervisor once there are any non-conformity situations.Execute product testing with the production department and internal laboratories as required.Conduct a periodic review of instrument logbooks and work with the team to correct any omissions.Responsible for attending any required training and following all procedures.Requirements
1-3 years in production environment performing production or Quality Control activitiesExperience using MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Prepare daily field reports and test summaries documenting workFollow daily scheduled assignments and variable start times- Be available for weekends, and overtime as needed.Communicate regularly with batching and dispatching personnel, drivers, and customersWork in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgencyBenefits
