Position Overview:

KODA Technologies is seeking an

MDS Operational Capability Baseline Engineer - Level II

to provide direct support to the Director of Engineering Baseline & Integration (CEF) within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer's Office. This position is responsible for maintaining the technical accuracy of, and coordinating changes to the OCB. The MDS Operational Capability Baseline Engineer helps to facilitate the complicated process in which the MDA approves new builds/functionalities to be fielded. This position also provides direct support to the chair of the OCB Working Group.

What You'll Be Doing:

The MDS Operational Capability Baseline Engineer works closely with the Director of Engineering Baseline & Integration (CEF) at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to ensure the OCB (a roster of approved/assessed builds) remains current and technically accurate.

This position executes this goal through analysis and coordination of technical information with OWG Stakeholders and Missile Defense System Program Offices (Elements) to ensure that the Warfighter and technical community remains informed of technical issues related to the OCB. They are responsible for ensuring the technical content and format of OCB briefing packages are accurate and ready for presentation to government leadership. You will also:Manage the OWG forecastDrive forecast updates to MDA Project Server and Qlik SenseProvide administrative support to OWG meetingsCoordinate technical responses to OWG action itemsEnsure the OWG classified and unclassified portals are accurateResponsible for generating technical responses to assigned MDA Task Management Tool (TMT) actions, authoring OCB decision memorandum, and developing staffing packagesWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:

A Bachelor's degree in systems and/or industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or other STEM field is requiredAt least 3 years of related experience in general systems engineering, analysis of the complex interactions of multiple systems, system design, and/or delivery of capabilityStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a teamClose attention to technical detailProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteComfortable interacting with and briefing senior MDA leadersWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and the Missile Defense System is highly desiredExperience with Digital Engineering Tools (Qlik Sense, Vizlab, and Microsoft Project)Experience with Microsoft SharePointClearance:
